Return Policy
At True Pleaser, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or otherwise compromised for hygienic reasons.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, gift cards, and promotional products are not eligible for returns.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@truepleaser.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7-14] business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@truepleaser.com, or WhatsApp: +44 7767 5443133 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional [3-5] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting hello@truepleaser.com After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
